Alcantara: BoXy creates protected and high-performance work environments for manufacturing excellence.
BoXy made custom soundproof booths for Alcantara S.p.A. in Narni, integrating production lines and solving acoustic interference problems. The cabins, up to 47 meters long, incorporate 36 inspection doors and more than 30 fixed glazed panels, ensuring accessibility and visibility.
The BoXy “K-series” modular system was chosen for its ability to provide high noise abatement (28 dBA measured at 1 meter outside), without compromising functionality and safety. The roof, made of movable panels, provides easy access to the line from above. BoXy also provided the interior LED lighting system.
