The Niccolini Conservatory in Piacenza has decided to expand its structure and training programme by installing four BOXY System rooms in a separate building next to the main building, which already houses museums and theatres.
Tradition and innovation come together in four BOXY System rooms designed to meet the different needs of a Conservatory of Excellence, from didactic training to experimentation and development. The different music departments can coexist and produce without “stepping on each other’s toes”.
The Ambisonic Room, the jewel in the project’s crown, has been specially designed and configured for listening, recording and studying sound in space, further enhancing the educational and artistic experience that places the Niccolini at the forefront of the sector.
